Post-ICU syndrome – diaries reduce PTSD?

Only a few RCTs included in this meta-analysis. Minimal effect of rehabilitation on physical outcomes but diaries seem to improve PTSD incidence; no difference in anxiety or depression found though. Recent evolution of sedation strategies surely makes this outcome a moving target for studies.
